Product Description

The HVR02.2-W010N-RE02 is a power supply unit from the Rexroth Indramat Company. It features an input voltage of 3 x 380 … 480 V and a frequency of 50/60 Hz. The regenerated power characteristics include a continuous regenerated power of 10 kW, peak regenerative power of 30 kW, a bleeder peak power of 120 kW, and maximum regenerated energy of 80 kWs. The DC bus has an internal capacity of 0.8 mF and a capacity of 20 mF for external connection. It features an IP 10 degree of protection and weighs 21 kg.

The HVR02.2-W010N-RE02 can be connected to numerous drive controllers which reduces installation space for the AC drive system. It can be used in generator mode where the energy is regenerated back into the mains. In case of failure of the mains, the control voltage is provided by the DC bus voltage of the power supply unit. It comes with monitoring functions that ensure optimal performance of the drive system. Motors with a maximum continuous mechanical power of 36 kW are to be connected to the HVR02.2-W010N-RE02. The conditions of use include a maximum permissible relative humidity of 95%, and installation elevation of 1000 meters above sea level, and operating and storage temperatures of 5 to 45 degrees and -30 to 85 degrees.

It utilizes an air cooling method to carry off the condensation. The control cabinet should be sealed and the cooling unit should be at 40 degrees and lower. If mounted in an unventilated cabinet, provide a clearance of at least 300 mm to the top and 100 mm to the sides to ensure air circulation. It comes with a one year warranty.
