The HVE02.2-W018N/S200 is a regulated power supply unit manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the HVE Power Supply Units series. Internally it carries the 02 series index and serves multi-axis drive systems by converting three-phase mains power into a stabilized DC bus while also providing a 300 W control-voltage output for auxiliary electronics. An internal air blower handles cooling, so the module can be installed in a sealed cabinet without extra airflow hardware.
At a rated output of 18 kW, the supply can continuously feed drives drawing up to 13 kW from the 400 V DC bus, while transient loads are accommodated by an average charging current limited to 14 A and a capacitor bank that stores 0.8 mF of internal energy. The bus capacitors reach operating voltage in 1.6 s, a short interval that reduces machine startup time yet keeps inrush below the system’s 28 A mains current ceiling at 400 V. When additional storage is required, external capacitance up to 10 mF can be connected, giving designers flexibility for large regenerative events.
