The HNA05.1N-WR02F5-A4-A-NNNN is a mains filter and energy buffer produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HNS Mains Filter series. Installed between the three-phase supply and the DC bus of IndraDrive systems, it smooths line disturbances and stores regenerated energy. This helps keep link voltage stable during dynamic motion cycles.
The unit is designed for a supply of AC 400 V and delivers a nominal output of 10 A to the drive cabinet. Its internal circuitry can absorb up to 625 kWs while the link voltage is allowed to rise no higher than 900 V. Above that level, excess energy is diverted through discharge resistors. Protection is defined by an IP20 housing, and a separate 24 V control circuit energizes the relays that engage the filter.
The module also provides 808 V of maximum chargeable output, starts charging from a minimum capacitance of 1 mF, and draws 50 W during normal operation.
