The HNS mains filter series is a three-phase input line filter assembly intended for IndraDrive power sections and includes an integrated switch-disconnector for isolating the supply during service.
It is designed to support EMC-compliant installations per the adjustable-speed drive EMC standard, with variants designated for industrial or residential EMC environments and for use with either feeding or regenerative supply units. Typical electrical ratings include 3 × AC 380…480 V (50/60 Hz) operation, 23 A continuous phase current, and a short-duration peak current capability, with defined leakage-current limits that scale with multi-axis installations and motor-cable length. The hardware is built for control-cabinet mounting with natural convection cooling and specified minimum clearances, provides IP20 protection, and uses defined connection points for mains input, fused outputs, and equipment grounding. Connection design includes dedicated terminals for supplying the drive system and a separate synchronized output connection, along with specified conductor cross-sections and tightening torques for reliable cabinet wiring.
