The HNL01.1D-0400-S0126-A-480-NNND is a line reactor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the HNL Mains Chokes series. Installed between the three-phase supply and an inverter or regenerative drive, the choke adds series inductance that limits di/dt, reduces harmonic distortion, and moderates inrush current. In industrial automation cabinets, it protects both the upstream grid and downstream power modules, helping reduce electromagnetic interference and extend the life of DC-link capacitors. By smoothing current transients at the mains input, it also helps the connected drive operate with less stress during acceleration and deceleration.
The device has a nominal inductance of 400 µH, providing impedance that filters high-frequency components flowing to and from the converter.
