The HNF05.1A-500N-R1600-N-A5-NNNN is a three-phase mains filter manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and assigned to the HNF Mains Filters series. Installed ahead of regenerative servo or inverter drives, the unit blocks switching harmonics and returns a cleaner sine wave to the plant power bus, helping large automation cells meet electromagnetic compatibility requirements and protect upstream distribution equipment. It is intended for line-side installation in high-power motion systems where conducted noise from fast-switching drive electronics must be reduced before it spreads through the facility supply.
The device accepts input ranges from 3 × AC 380 V −15 % to 690 V +10 %, permitting operation across a wide range of industrial supply systems. Its continuous load capability reaches 1600 A, allowing one filter to serve multiple high-power converters without saturation. An enclosure rating of IP00 means the terminals are open and the filter must be mounted inside a touch-safe cabinet or enclosure.
