The HNF01.1B-A100-E0580-N-480-NNNN mains filter is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the HNF Mains Filters series. As a line-side component, it is connected ahead of servo drives and other power electronic modules to suppress conducted noise and limit high-frequency leakage back into the plant distribution network. By reducing differential and common-mode disturbances, the product helps automation systems meet emission limits while protecting upstream equipment on three-phase industrial power networks. This placement also keeps interference generated by switching converters from returning to the facility supply.

The filter operates on utility supplies of 3 × AC 400–480 V with a permitted variation of −15% to +10%, and it remains functional at 50/60 Hz. Its enclosure carries a protection rating of IP00, so the assembly must be installed inside a shielded control cabinet where accidental contact and dust ingress are already controlled. That open style allows the filter to be integrated as part of the cabinet’s protected internal power section.
