The HNF01.1A-F240-E0051 is a line-side mains filter manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HNF Mains Filters series. It is integrated into multi-axis drive cabinets to attenuate conducted noise on power lines so that motion controllers meet EMC limits. A single unit can service six axes with a total motor cable length up to 240 m, and it is specified for feeding devices only within the drive system. This model carries internal design version 1 and is identified within series 01; its performance is classified under EMC category C3 according to DIN EN 61800-3 for industrial environments.
The filter supports a continuous phase current of 51 A, permitting sustained operation of the connected converters, while short bursts up to 77 A accommodate dynamic load peaks without saturation. Input and output leakage currents are each kept below 2 A, so upstream residual current devices are not unnecessarily tripped. Internal losses remain below 89 W at rated load, which minimizes thermal rise inside the cabinet during continuous operation. The insulation design keeps resistance above 15 MOhm to help prevent leakage between conductive paths even in humid production areas.
