Product Description:
The HMV02.1R-W0015-A-07-FNN6 is a supply module produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the HMV IndraDrive Supply Units series. Serving as the common front end for multi-axis IndraDrive platforms, the unit rectifies incoming three-phase mains, buffers energy in its DC link, and coordinates bidirectional power flow. It provides the central power stage for connected servo inverters and regenerative braking functions used in packaging lines, printing presses, and material-handling cells. Because the supply section is shared, connected axes can draw from the same DC bus during coordinated motion.
It provides a continuous output capacity of 15 kW, enabling several axis drives to start and accelerate without external transformers. The intermediate circuit is maintained at DC 700 V, matching IndraDrive inverter sections while limiting cable current. Thermal management uses internal air cooling with an integrated blower, which draws cabinet air across the heat sink so no external cooling ducts are required. This cooling method keeps the unit self-contained for cabinet mounting during sustained load. For installation in control enclosures, the unit carries an IP20 protection rating, and the wiring terminals remain finger-safe behind a removable front cover. The unit is identified as series version 02, placing it in the second generation of the product line.
The power stage uses a regenerative design, so surplus kinetic energy is returned to the mains instead of being dissipated in brake resistors. Returning braking energy to the line helps reduce heat inside the cabinet during repeated deceleration cycles. The unit is design version 1, and the connector layout follows that revision. As an HMV Supply Unit, the module receives status commands from the IndraDrive control bus and shares measured DC-link data with attached inverters. Shared DC-link data allows connected inverters to react to bus conditions during acceleration and braking.
