The HMV01.1R-W0065 is a regenerative supply unit manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HMV IndraDrive Supply Units series. It forms the DC-bus backbone of multi-axis drive groups, converting three-phase mains power into a stable link and returning surplus braking energy to the utility line. By centralizing power management, the module simplifies cabinet wiring and supports coordinated motion sequences in transfer lines, presses, and high-speed packaging cells. This arrangement lets several connected axes share recovered energy during deceleration instead of wasting it as heat.

The unit draws a continuous input current of 94 A, while its control section needs only 4.5 A for electronics and blower operation. Energy is buffered by 2,820 µF of internal capacitance at a nominal bus level of 750 V DC. The DC output can supply 87 A to connected inverters and sustains a rated power flow of 65 kW. During rapid deceleration, it absorbs up to 130 kW of peak braking power, while continuous braking dissipation is 0.4 kW and auxiliary mains consumption is 108 W. Internal air cooling with an integrated blower removes heat without external ducting, and the regenerative supply design reduces energy loss compared with resistor-based braking. The unit is design version 1 and series version 01.

Total braking energy capacity reaches 150 kWs, and the mains connection uses an M6 terminal screw for heavy-gauge conductors. Overall power dissipation at full load is 800 W, so enclosure airflow must remain unobstructed during operation. The housing dimensions are 350 mm in width and 440 mm in height, with a depth that fits standard IndraDrive racks. The assembly weighs 31 kg, and its size should be considered when planning panel layout and mounting support.
