HLR01.1N-1K08-N05R0-A-007-NNNN is a brake resistor. It belongs to the HLR01 series of brake resistors which are used for dynamic braking. It’s a high-power consuming brake resistor that makes braking operations smoother and hassle-free. It adds to the electrical and thermal safety of VFDs which in turn reduces the cost maintenance for electrical drives. This brake resistor is designed to work with HCS03 VFDs from the Rexroth Group. It seamlessly integrates with the VFD and has a high dielectric strength to provide maximum insulation during operations. Also, it keeps the circuit from experiencing any surge currents during the braking operation. 

The power handling capacity of this brake resistor is up to 130 Kilowatt Second. Compared to other HLR01 brakes resistors, it has the least braking resistance of just 5.8 Ohms which ensures that the braking operations are achieved at a faster rate. This brake resistor mounts right on top of the VFD and provides airways for an effective cooling mechanism which is highly critical. Braking power duration is 1.08 Kilowatts and the maximum braking power is 130 Kilowatts. Like other HLR01 models, it has a cycle time of 120 seconds with 1 second of on time. This brake resistor can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
