HLB01.1D-02K0-N03R4-A-007-NNNS is a DC bus resistor that is used with Bosch servo drives deployed for general automation, machine tools, and printing applications. It provides short circuit protection by allowing a quick discharge of the DC bus. The resistor also helps to increase the continuous and peak regenerative power of the servo drive. Main technical specifications for the unit include 2 kilowatts nominal power, 3.4 Ohms resistance, 700 Volts DC nominal bus voltage, and 400 millimeters mounting depth. The resistor supports a safety related stopping process. Protection class of the unit is IP20. This means that until installed inside a cabinet, the resistor is not suited to outdoor use. For transport, Bosch recommends -25 to 70 degrees Celsius ambient temperature and 5 to 95% relative humidity.
