The HDS05.2-W300N-HS94-01-FW is a drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HDS Drive Controllers series. As a programmable power stage, it supplies regulated three-phase current to servo drives and interfaces with higher-level motion systems inside automated machinery and production cells. This allows the controller to manage axis position, speed, and torque commands in systems that require coordinated motion across multiple machine functions. Its role is to convert control commands into the electrical output needed by connected servo axes during normal machine operation.
It exchanges process data through the SERCOS fiber-optic interface, allowing synchronized communication with central motion PLCs. A built-in air blower forces airflow across the power electronics, so no external cooling plate is required.
