The HDS05.2-W300N-HS02-02-FW drive controller is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the HDS Drive Controllers series. Installed in DIAX04 modular racks, this unit provides a high-current power stage and closed-loop control for synchronous or induction motors used in assembly lines, presses, and material-handling equipment. By converting setpoint data from the motion controller into regulated armature current, it supports stable speed and position control during acceleration, dwell, and deceleration. The controller occupies a single rack slot and interfaces with companion supply modules and fieldbus couplers.
