The Rexroth Indramat HDS04.2-W200N-HT70-01-FW is a modular drive controller. It has a slot-based architecture where slot U1 is reserved for a command communications interface, slots U2 to U4 are available for plug in modules and slot U5 is reserved for a software module. Command interface in the case of the HDS04.2-W200N-HT70-01-FW is SERCOS. Plug in modules which can be used with the controller include digital input/output cards and interface cards for various measuring systems.
