The HDS04.2-W200N-H is a drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the HDS Drive Controllers series. As part of the DIAX04 multi-axis platform, it conditions and switches power for coordinated motion tasks in automated machinery. Its design allows installation in electrical cabinets where precise speed and torque regulation must be delivered to three-phase motors. By receiving low-level control commands and converting them into high-current, high-frequency outputs, the unit serves as the central actuator interface for industrial automation lines.

Thermal management is handled by a built-in internal air blower, so no external ducting is required. The housing depth of 308 mm and height of 498 mm allow stacking with adjacent modules while staying within standard cabinet frames. With a mass of 19 kg, the unit is intended for cabinet installation and is specified for operation up to 1000 m above sea level without derating.
