The HDS04.2-W200N-HS70-01-FW is a drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Installed in modular drive racks, it provides closed-loop control for servo axes used in packaging, printing, and material-handling equipment. The unit converts motion commands into regulated current and voltage patterns so connected motors can follow commanded speed and position profiles with repeatable accuracy. The controller exchanges real-time setpoints and status data over the SERCOS fiber-optic bus, allowing multiple axes to remain synchronized with very low timing error.
