The HDS04.1-W200N-HT11-01-FW is a modular axis drive unit produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HDS Drive Controllers series. Installed in a DIAX04 automation rack, the unit forms the central link between a motion controller and the individual power sections that energize servomotors or spindle drives. By translating high-level motion commands into regulated DC bus power and diagnostic feedback, it supports coordinated acceleration, deceleration, and precise positioning across multiple machine axes in CNC machining centers, high-speed printing lines, and material-handling gantries.
