The HDS03.2-W075N-HS57-01-FW is a modular drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the HDS Drive Controllers series. In an automation cell, the unit forms the closed-loop link between a DIAX04 supply and the servo motors on each axis, executing position, velocity, and torque commands to move mechanical loads along programmed paths. Its rack-mount format lets multiple axes be combined inside one cabinet while keeping wiring, cooling, and diagnostic routines standardized across the installation. That layout supports compact multi-axis assemblies in which the controller works as the power and regulation stage for coordinated machine motion.
Command and diagnostic traffic travels over SERCOS, a real-time fiber-optic ring that maintains deterministic cycle times across the motion network. The power stage provides a continuous output of 75 A, giving the controller headroom for medium-to-large brushless servo motors without requiring an external booster for normal operation. Heat is expelled by a built-in air blower, so ambient air drawn through the housing helps keep semiconductor temperatures within acceptable limits during sustained load.
