The HDS03.2-W075N-H is an advanced industrial drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth through a perfect combination of past experiences and some of the latest industrial technology. The controller is a modular device that can maintain an operational efficiency as high as 95 percent for more than five years without the need for repair operation. Under ideal operating conditions, this industrial controller can be used with a compatible drive controller to form a rapid response system that can meet the kinetic energy requirements of a wide range of industrial production and processing machines including metal forming machines, food processing machines, paper converting machines and lots more. The controller is also environmentally friendly, its operation does not have any negative impact on the environment. The continuous input current required by the controller for optimum operation is about 40 amperes at a clock switching frequency of 4 kilohertz, and 30 Amperes at a clock switching frequency of 8 kilohertz. The maximum input current that can be used with the controller is 75 amperes. While operating with the continuous input current, the HDS03.2-W075N-H industrial controller loses about 220 watts of power, the basic unit of the controller also consumes about 25 watts of power for signal processing. The HDS03.2-W075N-H industrial controller is designed to be used at an ambient temperature that falls between +5 to about +45 degrees Celsius, the maximum permissible ambient temperature is 55 degrees Celsius. During transportation, the controller is packaged with shock absorbing supports, also components that can be damaged by electrostatic discharge may only be transported in conductive packaging.
