The HDS03.1-W075N-HS95-01-FW is a modular drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HDS Drive Controllers series. It serves as the power and control stage between a motion-control host and AC servo motors, translating digital setpoints into regulated motor currents. Integrated monitoring circuits protect the drive against overcurrent and thermal overload during continuous operation. The controller is intended for coordinated axes that require repeatable torque and speed control in automated machining centers, pick-and-place systems, and handling equipment. Its modular format also supports installation in multi-axis racks where several drives share a common system layout. The unit also manages current delivery for closed-loop servo response during changes in load and speed.
