The HDS03.1-W075N-HA01-01-FW is a drive controller built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HDS Drive Controllers series. It conditions command signals and regulates power for connected axes, forming the link between a machine’s motion processor and its drives in DIAX04 multi-axis automation assemblies. Within an installation, the unit governs current, monitors temperature, and provides fault signaling to keep industrial positioning tasks repeatable and accurate.

This model exchanges velocity or torque references through an analog command interface, allowing straightforward integration with legacy or PLC-based control cards. The power stage can supply up to 75 A of continuous output current, so axes that demand high torque can be driven without external boosters. Operation is permitted from +5 to +45 °C, and staying inside this band helps prevent thermal cutback during normal production shifts. During logistics or extended downtime, it tolerates temperatures from -30 to +85 °C, which helps protect insulation and other internal materials while the unit is not operating. Windings and internal wiring use Class C insulation per DIN VDE 0110, matching the thermal endurance of the materials to the operating conditions of the controller.
