The HDS03.2-W075N-HA23-01-FW is a modular drive controller from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the HDS Drive Controllers series. Installed in DIAX04 motion racks, it supervises axis current and speed feedback so servo power sections can follow motion commands from higher-level automation systems. By combining closed-loop regulation, communication handling, and diagnostics on one card, the unit supports packaging machines, gantries, and other multi-axis equipment. It serves as the interface between the machine control layer and the rack-mounted power hardware, helping each axis respond accurately to commanded speed and torque changes.
The command interface is analog, and the controller converts a ±10 V reference into pulse-width command signals for downstream power modules. It belongs to the DIAX04 controller family, which uses a standardized backplane pinout across the rack. During continuous operation, the logic can furnish up to 75 A of regulated current demand to associated drives, making it suitable for medium-power servo axes. Thermal management is handled by a built-in air blower that moves cabinet air across the heat sink and helps prevent derating at higher ambient temperatures.
