The first generation motor drive HDS01.1-W015-R is a highly efficient and ultrafast industrial-grade drive used with electrical automation motors. When used with Bosch MKD, MHD, 1MB and 2AD industrial electrical motors the HDS01.1-W015-R AC drive controller provides an ultimate control and monitoring solution for electrical motors. The modular architecture of this versatile drive controller enables you to choose a need based integral modules, thus delivering you a well-matched drive in a single compact unit. The drive can be used in single and multi-axis control applications. The drive controller is best suitable for use in application such as printing-industry, Textile-industry, Processing and Packaging industry and handling machines. The Bosch-Rexroth offers fully configured drive. A configured and ready-to-deliver Drive controller comprises of a basic drive controller, Command/Communication module, Software-module, additional modules and a Configuration-type Plate. The type designations of Configuration-plate help identify which components are in which slots. In the event of a problem, these type designations on the configuration type plate can be used to quickly identify the replacement parts needed. The software module contains the firmware of the drive (operating software) and stores all drive parameters. The firmware depends on the selected configuration and the desired functions.
The HDS01.1-W015-R features Air or inbuilt-Blower for cooling within the drive controller cabinet and can bear rated Current of 15Amp. The drive controller is equipped with two ground connections, a ground-point on the back wall and grounding clips in the front. The permissible ambient temperature range of the drive controller is +5 ~ +45 °C. The product fully complies with “Class-C” insulation class and IP10 protection category. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
