The HDS01.1-K075-D drive controller is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the HDS Drive Controllers series. As a drive controller, it delivers regulated DC-bus power and closed-loop control signals to synchronous or asynchronous servo modules that position axes in automated machine tools, handling systems, and packaging lines. By coordinating motor speed, torque, and feedback, the unit links PLC motion commands to the motor power stage and helps the connected axis maintain repeatable motion under changing load conditions. In automated systems, it serves as the interface between higher-level control logic and the electrical output needed for accurate axis movement.
