The HDD02.1-W040N is an Indramat servo amplifier manufactured by world-renowned Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This part comes to us from the part series of HDD drive controllers and is a line 2, version 1 device. It is made with all the top quality specifications, innovations, techniques, and materials that you would expect to find in a product from this well-known manufacturing conglomerate.
This servo amplifier comes from the DIAX04 controller family and features an internal air cooling system with a built-in blower. The unit further features a rated current of 40 Amps and there are no other versions to substitute for this unit. The HDD02.1-W040N uses the SERCOS communication interface and comes with a factory assigned function ID as well as a factory assigned version of function ID.
This servo amplifier comes complete with two display units; H1 and H2. The H1 display will provide the visual representation of diagnoses of the drive controller while the H2 display serves as an additional display. This dual display features a seven segment design where diagnostic numbers will appear. Images of these diagnostic numbers can be seen on the diagnostic message priority display of the unit. The display will be quick in showing the operation status that is currently running without having to use a communications interface.
The H1 display on the HDD02.1-W040N will not show the operating mode. The display will show a symbol of “AF” if the drive is following the operation mode and no command was activated. There may be instances when there are multiple diagnostic codes present and waiting to be addressed. In such a case, the highest priority diagnostic message will show up on the display unit. This product is available from Wake Industrial with a one-year warranty period.
