The HDC01.1-A200N-PL02-01-FW is a highly responsive drive control system that satisfies the highest performance requirements when it comes to drive control. Typically this drive controller is used with assembly systems, handling machines, mounting equipment, printing machines, food processing machines, etc. This drive controller has been designed for universal use and proves very efficient in control tasks. When used with the ADF and 2AD motors, the option of DSF and HSF digital servo feedback becomes available. In addition, this drive controller can be integrated with other motors including 1MB, MKD, MKE, MHD, 2AD, ADF, MBS, LSF, and MBW.
The HDC01.1-A200N-PL02-01-FW operates within a frequency range of 20 Hz to 500 Hz. This model has been designed to tolerate vibrations with an amplitude of 0.3 mm (peak to peak) within a frequency range of 57 Hz to 500 Hz. It is recommended that this model is not used in areas where the maximum relative humidity is above 95%. This drive controller has various operating modes. When operated together with a command communication module, the system can be operated in the velocity control mode, positioning block mode, torque/force control mode, and jogging mode. Optionally, this drive controller can be used for the command 'parking axis’ function, DISC function, analog inputs, analog outputs, measuring wheel mode, encoder emulation, and measuring probe function. The system also supports parameterization that enables setting the configuration and handling drive functions and commands. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
