The HDC01.1-A200N-IB02-01-FW is a drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HDC DuraDrive Controllers series. It rectifies incoming line power, buffers it on a shared DC link, and manages braking energy so connected servo axes can accelerate or stop without disturbing the mains supply. In automated lines, packaging cells, and material-handling stations, the unit provides regulated power that allows multiple inverters to operate from a common bus while keeping voltage and thermal loading within normal operating limits.

The electrical section includes several continuous-duty ratings. The internal bleeder can dissipate 1.5 kW continuously, which helps protect the DC bus during routine deceleration. During heavy braking, the bleeder can momentarily absorb 115 kW, and the thermal system can take in 60 kWs of energy before reaching its limit. The inverter stages can modulate up to 400 Hz, which supports high-speed spindles or linear motor operation. Installation is permitted up to 2000 m altitude, with ambient humidity up to 95% as long as condensation is avoided, and the housing weighs 40 kg. An enclosure rating of IP20 indicates finger-safe terminals, so the controller must be installed inside a closed electrical cabinet for protection from dust and moisture.
