The HDC01.1-A100N-CN01-01-FW has been designed for providing motion control capabilities to stand alone drives. This drive control system is suitable for a variety of industrial environments and ambient conditions. This model is capable of handling different types of applications and is used for implementing a variety of drive control tasks. The systems used with this drive controller include paper converting machines, mounting devices, packaging equipment, machine tools, handling machines, and food processing equipment. A wide range of the company’s industrial motors can be successfully integrated with this drive controller. As of now, the device supports the MKE, 1MB, MBS, LSF, MKD, and MBW motors. Digital servo feedback can be fully utilized if this model is integrated with digital servo feedback. The device has an operating frequency in the range of 20 Hz to 500 Hz.
The HDC01.1-A100N-CN01-01-FW should ideally be used in a temperature range of 5 ᵒC to 45 ᵒC. This drive controller has been designed to support different models of measuring systems including the encoder with EnDat interface, resolver, sine encoder, gearwheel encoder, square wave encoder, HSF encoder. When used with the Sercos interface, this model becomes fully capable of velocity control, jogging, force control, torque control, and other functions. The device is also used for drive internal interpolation, and position control. There are multiple optional features with this drive controller as well. These include configurable system control word, command parking axis, and oscilloscope function. There is also an ‘hours run’ meter and an error memory with this drive controller. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
