The controller delivers a continuous output of 40 A, which is the maximum steady current that the connected motor can draw without thermal overload. Its inverter section supports up to 400 Hz output frequency, so motors with high pole counts or spindle applications can run at elevated speeds. The DC bus can return as much as 0.65 kW of energy at 400 V during deceleration. A continuous bleeder capacity of 0.075 kW dissipates minor regenerative surges during routine stops. For rapid braking events, the bleeder handles peaks of up to 11.5 kW, helping protect bus capacitors and semiconductors.
