The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-B-ET-EC-PB-NN-AA-FW is a state-of-the-art electrical converter designed by Rexroth Indramat to control the operation of synchronous, induction, and asynchronous motors by adjusting the electrical energy the motor receives during operation. This electrical converter is produced through an industrial process that is environmentally friendly. The unique design of the converter allows it to maintain an operational efficiency as high as 95 per cent under normal operating conditions, the converter also features a special housing that meets the IP20 protection class and can be directly integrated into any position in the industrial servo system. The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-B-ET-EC-PB-NN-AA-FW industrial converter contains about eight digital input units and a 14-bit analogue input unit, it also features a multi-encoder interface that is compatible with all standard encoder designs such as the MSM encoder, sin/cos encoder, MS2N encoder and lots more. The converter is also compatible with industrial linear motors that operate with digital hall sensors as it features a hall sensor adaptor box.

The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-B-ET-EC-PB-NN-AA-FW industrial converter features the Multi-ethernet communication module, however, it can alternatively be fitted with other communication modules such as the CANopen and the PROFIBUS DP communication module. The mains connection voltage required by this electrical converter falls between 110 to about 230 volts, this converter also operates with a maximum input current as high as 13 amperes.

The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-B-ET-EC-PB-NN-AA-FW electrical converter features an advanced control panel through which the control and general operation of the converter can be easily carried out, this control panel features an internal card where important command instructions can be stored to allow for easy access by the converter. The maximum permissible installation height for this controller is about 1000 meters above sea level.
