HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-A-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-FW is a digital controller. It is equipped with an advanced control section. The controller is tested prior to delivery to ensure operational safety and reliability. It is designed for industrial use and must only be used as intended. Failure to use the controller in the intended way can lead to equipment damage and personal injury. Personnel that use the controller must read and understand the relevant safety instructions and understand its intended use. Structural changes to controller hardware are not permitted. Decompiling of software products or altering the source codes is also not permitted. Damaged or faulty products must not be used or put into operation.  Operators must install the controller as described in the relevant documentation. The drive controllers must only be used with accessories and attachments specified in the relevant documentation.

Components not expressly mentioned may neither be attached nor connected. This principle also applies to cables and lines. The drive controller has to be programmed prior to commissioning.  IndraDrive controllers have been developed for use in applications involving single- and multi-axis drive and control. Some of the typical applications include general automation and assembly, machine tools, food processing machines and packaging machines. Maximum current output of the HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-A-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-FW controller is 09 Amps. The input rating is 110 to 230 Volts AC. Other controller features include Multi-Ethernet master communication, a multi-encoder interface and a safety module that supports safe torque off. Operators can configure the controller through a standard control panel. The optimal ambient temperature ranges from 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. The output derates at temperature lying between 40 and 55 degrees Celsius. Operation at temperatures exceeding 55 degrees Celsius is not permitted.
