The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-A-ET-EC-NN-L4-NN-FW is an intelligent industrial electrical converter designed by Rexroth Indramat to operate with a compatible drive controller and form a rapid response system that can meet the kinetic energy requirements of a lot of industrial machines such as metal forming machines, food processing machines, paper converting machines and lots more. This electrical converter is a highly compact industrial machine designed according to the IP20 protection class, under ideal operating conditions, the electrical converter can maintain high operational efficiency for a long time without the risk of sudden machine breakdown. The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-A-ET-EC-NN-L4-NN-FW industrial converter contains 8 digital and 1 analogue input unit, it also features a multiturn encoder interface that is compatible with all standard encoder designs such as the HIPERFACE, EnDat2.2, EnDat2.1 and the MS2N industrial encoder motor interface.

The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-A-ET-EC-NN-L4-NN-FW industrial electrical converter also operates with the Multi-Ethernet electrical communication module, alternatively, it can be used with the PROFIBUS DP and the CANopen communication module. Although the configuration, installation and general handling of this electrical converter are designed to be easy and safe, operators should ensure that these operations are carried out according to the instructions in the documentation supplied with the converter as wrong handling can lead to a dangerous motor movement in the servo system.

The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-A-ET-EC-NN-L4-NN-FW electrical converter features an advanced control panel with a programming module function and a slot for a microSD memory card, this control panel also features about four pressure-sensitive keys and a display unit where the current operational status of the motor can be monitored by the operator in real-time. The maximum relative humidity level at which this converter can be operated is about 95 per cent.
