Before this converter is supplied to the end user, it is tested and certified to meet internationally accepted standards. It is also fitted with a type plate containing important information that can be used for identification by the end user. Unlike conventional industrial machines, the HCS01.1E-W0005-A-03-A-ET-EC-DA-NN-NN-FW industrial electrical converter can maintain high operational efficiency during operation. This makes it perfect for a wide range of production and processing machines such as metal forming machines, food processing machines, paper converting machines, and lots more. The housing of this industrial motor provides protection that meets the IP20 protection class. However, for complete protection against foreign substances, industrial operators should install the controller into an additional control cabinet that can provide minimum protection that meets the IP54 protection class.

The HCS01.1E-W0005-A-03-A-ET-EC-DA-NN-NN-FW industrial electrical converter connects to the industrial motor through two major types of electrical cables; the power cable and the motor feedback cable. The power cable supplies the motor with the electrical energy it requires for operation. In contrast, the motor feedback cable helps to transmit digital signals between the encoder of the motor and the multi-encoder interface of the electrical converter.

The HCS01.1E-W0005-A-03-A-ET-EC-DA-NN-NN-FW electrical converter is not supplied with a firmware module. However, this can be separately ordered by the end user. This converter does not contain any hazardous substances that can be released in case of appropriate use. It also contains high metal content that makes it possible for it to be recycled after its service life has been exhausted. The permissible temperature range for the operation of this industrial converter falls between 0 to about 40 degrees Celsius.
