The controller provides regulated DC bus energy, supports regenerative braking, and coordinates motion commands for multi-axis systems. It is intended for centralized drive systems that need controlled power flow between the supply section and several motor axes.
This unit uses a control circuit of 24 V DC, allowing the logic and interface electronics to remain active even when the main supply is disconnected. Inside the housing, an integrated brake chopper works with a 10.4 mF capacitor bank on the DC link to stabilize voltage during load transients. Continuous braking demands can be met with 120 kW of permanent dissipation, while short spikes up to 240 kW for 10 seconds absorb excess regenerative energy.
