The HCS03.1E-W0350-A-05-LNBN is a drive controller in the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. As a closed-loop power stage, it supplies and regulates three-phase servo and induction motors in automated handling lines, packaging cells, and process machinery. The controller interfaces with higher-level motion platforms so connected axes can follow commanded current, speed, and position profiles with stable and repeatable control. This makes it suitable for coordinated motion tasks where acceleration, holding behavior, and speed transitions must remain consistent across repeated operating cycles.
An integrated blower provides internal blower cooling, so cabinet installation does not require external ducting and heat can be removed directly within the enclosure. The unit accepts a line supply of 3-phase 400–500 V AC with a +10% / −15% tolerance, and within that range it supports an output capability of 15–75 kW for medium to high-demand motor applications. The housing has an IP20 rating, which provides touch protection but requires the cabinet to keep out dust and liquids. Because the enclosure is not sealed, the controller is intended for protected control cabinets rather than exposed machine surfaces. The unit is design version 1, which marks the first release for this frame size.
The energy interface uses a shared DC bus arrangement, allowing braking energy to return to the supply or be distributed among multiple connected drives.
