The HCS02.1E-W0012-A-03-NNNV is a drive controller built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. As a closed-loop power module, it interfaces between a plant’s three-phase mains and the DC bus that feeds IndraDyn servo motors. In automated cells, the unit provides current-regulated power conversion so axes can accelerate, position, and brake with repeatable accuracy. This arrangement also lets the drive regulate motor current precisely while responding to motion commands from the higher-level control system.
The enclosure is rated IP20, so the controller is intended for installation inside a cabinet where the housing remains protected from dust and incidental contact. A peak output of 12 A allows short bursts of current during rapid acceleration or transient load changes. The input accepts 3 × AC 200 to 500 V ±10%, which lets the same unit operate on a wide range of industrial mains supplies.
