The HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-B-ET-EC-PB-S4-NN-FW is a drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and supplied within the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It coordinates power conversion and motor feedback for servo or induction motors used in industrial automation cells, conveyors, and packaging lines. Installed in a control cabinet, it links a higher-level PLC to the motor, converts incoming power into a regulated DC bus, and executes commanded motion functions. This arrangement lets the drive manage torque, speed, and positioning tasks during demanding machine cycles.

To match different supply networks, the controller accepts 3 × AC 200…500 V ±10%, and its power stage can deliver a device peak current of 54 A for short bursts of acceleration. Thermal management is handled by internal air cooling through an integrated blower, so the unit can dissipate heat in enclosed cabinets without an external heat sink. The housing carries an IP20 rating, which helps protect live parts from accidental contact in cabinet-mounted installations.
