Bosch Rexroth's Indradrive Cs are highly versatile and extremely compact drives with a wide area of applications. These drives have a compact design and highly impressive performance of specifications. They can run with a broad spectrum of Ethernet-based communications protocols without any hardware modifications. They support SERCOS III, PROFINET IO, EtherNet/IP, and Ethernet. Alternatively, they can function with a conventional communications interface like PROFIBUS. The target applications include general automation, machine tools, food and packaging machines, printing machines, and the semiconductor industry.
The control section of the HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-B-ET-EC-NN-S5-NN-PW is BASIC UNIVERSAL, and its master communication is via the Multi-Ethernet network. Its integrated safety technology is Safe Motion which is the maximum level of safety for all safety functions. This converter functions with a three-phase mains connection voltage between 200V to 500V with an allowance of +/-10% and has a maximum current of 54 A. It also functions with a 24V power supply unit, which reduces incoming overvoltage to the allowed value.
The HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-B-ET-EC-NN-S5-NN-PW is cooled by forced ventilation and has a mass of 4.60kg. It is suitable for motors with continuous outputs of 0.05 to 9kW and is compatible with motors manufactured by Bosch Rexroth but is also suitable for third-party motors.
