The HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-B-ET-EC-NN-S4-NN-AW is a current converter designed By Rexroth Indramat to control the operation of industrial motors by converting direct current (DC) to alternating current(AC) and supplying the motor with an input current that will generate an output proportional to pre-determined configurational parameters. This industrial controller operates with scalable signal processing and firmware, it features compact construction and is perfectly safe for operation under ideal industrial conditions. Apart from the accurate control carried out by this device, it is also designed with a winding short circuit at the motor output, this circuit is designed for immediate shutdown in reaction to any fatal operational error. The HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-B-ET-EC-NN-S4-NN-AW industrial controller also contains a performance-dependent internal fan which regulates the operational temperature of the industrial motor through the process of forced ventilation.
The HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-B-ET-EC-NN-S4-NN-AW industrial motor features a multi-encoder interface which allows it to exchange digital information with different types of encoder systems, it also contains an all-sensor adaptor box that allows it to operate MCL linear motor with digital hall sensors. This industrial controller also features an integrated safety technology which includes L3 safe torque off, the L4 safe brake control, S5 safe motion, and the SB safe motion box.
