The HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-B-ET-EC-NN-NN-NN-AW is a compact servo drive controller from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. The unit forms the power and communication link between an automation system and synchronous or asynchronous motors, processing command data and modulating current for precise speed, torque, and position control. By integrating supply, inverter, and diagnostic functions in one module, it helps simplify cabinet layouts in assembly cells, packaging machinery, and material-handling lines that require responsive axis performance. This arrangement also lets the drive report status information to the higher-level control while managing motor response at the axis.
Designed for universal power grids, the controller accepts 3 x AC 200...500 V with a ±10% tolerance, so one unit can be used on low- or high-voltage installations without a transformer. During short acceleration bursts, it can deliver a peak current of 54 A, giving extra headroom for high-inertia axes. The housing has an IP20 protection class, so live parts must be enclosed in a cabinet. Thermal management uses internal air cooling through an integrated blower, and real-time networking is handled by the MultiEthernet interface, which supports PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, and SERCOS on one port.
