The HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-B-ET-EC-NN-NN-FW is a drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It combines a power stage with an exchangeable control section so that motion commands from a PLC can be applied directly to synchronous or induction motors. In an automation cell, the device converts incoming three-phase power into regulated output voltage vectors, monitors overload conditions, and supports coordinated speed, torque, and positioning functions for packaging, printing, and material-handling equipment.
The controller uses a MultiEthernet interface, which allows communication with EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, or EtherCAT masters. It accepts a three-phase supply rated at 3 × AC 200…500 V ±10% and can deliver a peak current of 54 A for short acceleration demands. Thermal management uses internal air cooling through an integrated blower, so no external ducting is required for normal heat removal.
