The HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-B-ET-EC-NN-NN-AA-FW is an industrial converter designed by Rexroth Indramat to control the operation of synchronous and induction motors used in production and processing systems. This control operation of this device comes from its ability to convert direct current (DC) into alternating current (AC) at a rate that meets pre-determined configurational parameters. This controller is produced under ideal industrial conditions, it features a modular housing unit that provides protection according to the IP20 protection class and is specially structured to allow for direct integration into the servo system. The HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-B-ET-EC-NN-NN-AA-FW industrial controller connects to the industrial motor through two major cables; the power cable which supplies the motor with the electrical current, and the motor feedback cable which functions to conduct digital signals between the controller and all other parts of the servo system. This controller also operates with another communication cable that connects it to a PC or other higher-level controller from which it receives configuration parameters.
