The HCS drive converters in this system are a group of devices in the IndraDrive Cs family for single-axis applications. They are used in machine tools, food processing and packaging machines, etc.
The HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-B-ET-EC-EC-S4-NN-FW is a compact drive converter in Bosch Rexroth’s HCS series. It is best suited for control sections with the BASIC design and interacts with other system components via a Multi-Ethernet master communication module. As a result, it supports connectivity via different Ethernet-based interfaces, including sercos III, PROFINET IO, EtherNet/IP, and EtherCat. It is also equipped with two multi-encoder interfaces that allow standard encoder systems with 5V and 12V supply voltage ratings. These include the MSM motor encoder, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface, the MS2N motor encoder, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, etc.
Heat dissipation during the operation of the HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-B-ET-EC-EC-S4-NN-FW is achieved via an internal cooling system in its control cabinet.
