The HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-A-ET-EC-EC-S4-NN-FW is a compact HCS drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. It serves as the power electronics core between the plant's three-phase supply and IndraDyn servo motors, carrying out closed-loop control of current, speed, and position. The unit is used in multi-axis packaging lines, assembly systems, and material-handling stations where accurate motion control, short indexing cycles, and managed braking energy are required. Its compact format helps it fit into cabinet-based drive groups where several axes share power distribution and control hardware. This arrangement supports synchronized motion tasks without requiring separate standalone power electronics for each motor.

This unit accepts power over 3 × AC 200-500 V with a ±10% tolerance, so it can connect to common industrial mains without separate voltage conversion.
