The HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-A-CC-EC-PB-L4-NN-FW is a unique and highly advanced electrical converter designed by Rexroth Indramat under ideal industrial conditions to aid the efficient operation of industrial applications by accurately controlling the operation of electrical motors used in these applications. This electrical converter maintains an operational efficiency of about 95 percent under normal operating conditions, this high operational efficiency can be maintained for more than five years without the need for frequent machine repairs. This electrical converter can carry out accurate integrated break current monitoring and measurement, this allows it to start and stop the operation of the electrical motor accurately. This converter is designed with a multi-encoder interface and a hall sensor adaptor, these two features make the converter compatible with all standard encoder designs, and the digital hall sensors used in the MCL linear motor series.
The HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-A-CC-EC-PB-L4-NN-FW electrical converter contains freely configurable digital input and output units, it also features an advanced control panel designed for programming module function. The integrated safety technology of this industrial electrical converter includes safe torque off, and safe brake control. This electrical converter requires a mains input voltage that falls between 200 to about 500 volts, this input voltage enters the converter through a three-phase electrical connector. The maximum input current that can be supplied to this electrical converter for operation is 54 amperes. To protect this converter from an input current higher than 54 amperes, operators should ensure the electrical cable that supplies the converter is connected to a fuse.
