This device family includes the HCS01 drive converters with numerous excellent features and a wide range of applications. They are characterized by innovative multi-protocol support, a multi-encoder interface, and a broad power spectrum. Their areas of use include handling and mounting systems, packaging and food machines, printing and paper processing machines, and machine tools.
The HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-A-CC-EC-EC-NN-NN-FW is a compact drive converter in the HCS01 series designed for ADVANCED control sections, and its control communication is via a SERCOS III interface (cross communication). It supports multiple standard encoders due to its multi-encoder interface. These encoders include the MSK motor encoder, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1, the MS2N motor encoder, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. The multi-encoder interface makes it suitable for IndraDyn and third-party motors within 0.05KW and 9kW. It is equipped with a standard control panel which has a single-line display that shows operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings.
Designed to be installed in a control cabinet, the HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-A-CC-EC-EC-NN-NN-FW eliminates heat via internal air cooling. It has a maximum current of 54A and operates with a three-phase AC voltage ranging from 200V to 500V. It is designed to be mounted in a control cabinet.
