The HCS01.1E-W0030A-02-B-ET-S4-NN-FW is an HCS Drive Controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and supplied within the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. As a compact drive controller, it coordinates torque, speed, and position loops for servo and induction motors in industrial automation cells. The device combines power conversion, control logic, and network connectivity in one housing, which helps reduce panel space on single-axis or distributed machine sections. That makes it suitable for packaging, handling, and general-purpose automation equipment that depends on repeatable axis behavior.
The controller uses a Multi-Ethernet communication interface, allowing it to connect to EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, and EtherCAT networks without additional hardware. A front-mounted standard operator panel provides parameter entry and basic diagnostics directly at the cabinet. Internally, the control section is the Basic variant, which supports standard motion functions while a separate module handles advanced safety tasks.
