The HCS01.1E-W0028-A-03-E-S3-EC-NN-NN-NN-AW is a drive controller built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series. As an HCS drive controller, it supplies power and closed-loop regulation to synchronous or asynchronous motors in automated machinery, linking motion hardware to higher-level PLCs. Because the control loops are processed in the drive, it supports repeatable motion on indexing, conveying, and transfer axes. It is suited for multi-axis equipment in printing, packaging, and material-handling lines where coordinated motion and stable response are required. Its compact format also fits distributed cabinet layouts where several drives share a common control architecture.

This unit tolerates a device peak output of 28 A, so the connected axis can handle short acceleration bursts without overcurrent trips. The mains input window of 3 × AC 200–500 V ±10% allows operation on low- or medium-voltage factory networks. Command and diagnostic data move over SERCOS III, providing cycle-synchronous communication for torque, speed, and position control across connected axes.
