Classified within the HCS01 line, this unit forms the power and communication link between a plant’s three-phase mains supply and the servomotors it controls, delivering regulated current while exchanging real-time motion data with higher-level PLCs. In an industrial automation cell, it executes closed-loop torque, speed, and position commands so multiple machine movements can remain coordinated without requiring separate motor-mounted electronics.

The power stage accepts a supply of 3-phase AC 200–500 V ±10%, a broad range that supports installation on many factory power systems. From that input range, it can deliver a peak output of 28 A, giving the drive reserve current for dynamic acceleration and rapid load changes. Heat from switching losses is removed by an internal blower cooling system, so the cabinet does not require external ductwork for basic thermal management.
